TIDU RESERVE, located in Taikoo Li, Qiantan, Shanghai, is the second reserve restaurant under the Beijing Black Pearl brand, and the first store in Shanghai. The overall space is designed with "stacking" as the design technique, which is derived from the innovative stacking flavor of "five flavors and three meals" of the duckduck, and the brand spirit of the stacking pattern of "Sea Water River Cliff" in the traditional Chinese naval commander's official uniform. The pattern is the rolling waves of the waves and the standing rocks, with a beautiful meaning of "rolling, Fushan and longevity sea". As one of the auspicious animals in Chinese traditional culture, the brand mascot "Kirin" is composed of the characteristics of six kinds of animals, carrying multiple symbols such as auspicence, kindness and authority, and its image and meaning have become one of the important elements of traditional art and culture. Therefore, the traditional and innovative elements owned by the governor form the conceptual framework of "Jimei" for the brand.

位于上海前滩太古里的TIDU RESERVE，是北京黑珍珠餐厅“提督”品牌旗下第二家臻选餐厅，同时也是进驻上海的首店。整体空间以“叠”为设计手法，取自提督烤鸭“五味三吃”的创新层叠风味，并且以中国传统水师提督官服“海水江崖”的叠浪图纹为品牌精神，图纹是波涛卷动的海浪，挺立的岩石，美好寓意为“绵延不断、福山寿海”。而品牌吉祥物“麒麟”作为中国传统文化中的瑞兽之一，由六种动物的特征组合而成，承载着祥瑞、善良、权威等多重象征，其形象和寓意成为了表现传统艺术和文化的重要元素之一。所以，提督所拥有的既传统又创新的元素，为品牌形成了“集美”的概念框架。
