New and old, low-key and high-end, market and comfort, these three pairs of antagonistic words are perfectly presented in this project. The materials and forms strive to correspond to history, while adjusting the forms and proportions to the characteristics of the materials and controlling their roughness and sense of period. Standing on the terrace, one can look into the past, present and future Beijing, creating a surreal experience.

新做与旧况、低调与高端、市井与舒适，它们彼此间的关系在本项目中体现。材料、形式力求与历史对应，同时根据材料特性调整形式和比例，控制其粗糙程度和时代感。站在露台上可眺望古、今和未来的北京，创造超现实的体验。
