This 320-square meters luxury apartment renovation, led by designer Fu Xia, marks the second collaboration with owner Lisa. Unlike Lisa’s previous home, which featured a formal French style, this redesign focuses on effortless elegance and relaxation. Fu Xia restructured the space, merging smaller rooms to create a piano room and a large kitchen with dual-sided natural light, enhancing openness, natural light, and ventilation.

The design emphasizes both aesthetic refinement and functional comfort, blending urban sophistication with natural beauty. The vibrant color palette, modular furniture, and bold art choices reflect the individuality and aspirations of the residents, creating a home that is not just luxurious but deeply personal.
