In developing this project, we sought to emphasize this alchemy, China’s historical heritage of botanic medicine melding science and nature, as well as the unique culinary skill of such a distinct chef. Finding balance in the artistry of materials, EHB is a careful concoction of honoring the existing while expressing the contemporary.

在设计EHB时，我们力求强调中国植物医学融合科学与自然的传统和主厨独特烹饪理念产生的化学反应。 EHB 在中西碰撞的艺术性中寻求平衡，是在尊重现有的基础上创新的精心创造。
